Work relations concern the quality of interaction and collaboration between managers and employees, as well as among colleagues. 

Positive relationships at work foster a sense of belonging, social support, and trust. They are crucial for a positive work culture. Poor relationships, on the other hand, lead to misunderstandings, conflicts, and reduced motivation. 

Within work relations, we measure the following topics:  

  1. work atmosphere, 
  2. conflicts, 
  3. support from the management, and 
  4. leadership
