Frequently asked questions about Growth Spot features
The possibilities and use cases of Growth Spot are extensive. Below we share some frequently asked questions. If you have your own questions, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
-
Can we conduct employee surveys ourselves via Growth Spot?
That is possible. Through one of our certification trainings you learn what a survey entails, how to set them up, how to interpret results and take action; from setting up participants, background variables and communication, to following up the response rate to digging into results and exporting reports.
-
Can we create e-learnings ourselves with Growth Spot?
That will be possible in the near future. Today we already offer a lot of digital learning material via Growth Spot, standalone or in combination with physical learning moments. Furthermore, we also develop digital learning material on demand for organisations. These can then be self-managed, launched and followed up by the organisation.
-
Can we use Growth Spot for our own assessments or surveys?
The chances are great. The functionalities of Growth Spot are particularly strong when it comes to creating assessments (survey + reporting + digital learning material). If you have your own assessment or survey, we would like to look at this together. Please contact us for this.
-
Can we link the tool to our LMS or HR system?
Specific surveys can be composed and plugged into existing LMS systems. Contact us and we will discuss your specific situation.
-
Who developed Growth Spot?
Growth Spot was entirely developed by Impetus.
-
As HR, do we also have access to the individual reports of employees and managers?
We hold confidentiality and anonymity in high regard. For this reason, individual reports are only intended for the individual to whom they relate. Before the project, roles and rights are always discussed so that this can be taken into account in the communication to participants.
-
How flexible is the reporting of employee surveys within Growth Spot?
Reporting in Growth Spot is very flexible. Reports are generated based on the chosen modules. In addition, reports can be generated at all levels; from organisation, over department to and with team and even individual. Furthermore, employee surveys can also be reported per service and with branding of the organisation itself.
-
How secure is the data and results of employees stored within Growth Spot?
Growth Spot complies with GDPR regulations where data is securely stored on West-European servers.
-
I conduct surveys myself for clients, can I use Growth Spot for this?
This is possible as a partner. Contact us and we will plan an exploratory conversation.
-
Can Growth Spot be used for feedback and performance conversations?
Certainly. Growth Spot makes it easy to include conversations in the feedback cycle of mutual feedback. Impetus itself has developed templates for this and these can also be adapted to the needs of each organisation.

Linking e-learning to reporting, what does this mean?
This is best explained using an example. Suppose you conduct an employee survey on the wellbeing of employees. In addition to the general reporting that is provided in most cases, you can also choose to provide each individual participant with their own results and those of the team, in the case of managers. These reports can be accompanied by a digital learning path with the aim of being able to properly interpret the own/team results and to take action themselves. This creates more shared responsibility, dynamism and involvement.
