Resilient at Work
High workloads, changing environments, and emotional challenges can make it difficult to stay resilient at work. Yet resilience is key to staying engaged and fulfilled in your job. This module offers employees a safe space to reflect on their energy balance, personal drivers and values. By sharpening their inner compass, they gain clarity about what energises them and how to act more deliberately on it. This increases their sense of autonomy, boosts motivation, and supports sustainable employability.
This workshop strengthens employees’ resilience by translating insights from motivational psychology into their everyday working reality. Through (self-)reflection, exercises and dialogue, participants explore their inner compass – values, drivers and ambitions – and learn how it can guide them through difficult moments or energy drains. They map out their energy boosters and energy drains, learn to deal with “mustivation” (controlled motivation), and discover how to act from personal meaning and inner alignment.
Target audience:
Employees looking to strengthen their resilience and take ownership of their energy, motivation and wellbeing at work.
