The offline work module explores the extent to which employees have the opportunity to fully disconnect from digital stimuli such as emails, chats, or notifications for fixed time blocks, enabling deep focus on core tasks. It examines how important employees find this, how often they can already work offline, how long such blocks should ideally last, and their preferences for frequency and duration.
The module also looks at perceptions of offline work: whether colleagues find it bothersome when someone sets their status to offline, and to what extent organizational policies and team culture actually allow for these blocks.
