Is a leadership role right for me?
Do you sometimes wonder whether a leadership role would suit you? Perhaps you feel the desire to take on more responsibility, but you are unsure if it’s truly your path. Maybe you notice that others naturally see you as a point of reference, while you are not certain whether you want that role. A leadership role is not self-evident, nor is it an obligation. The key is to gain clarity about which role gives you energy and fulfilment.
This module supports employees without a formal leadership role in their personal journey of exploration.
Through practical exercises, self-reflection and dialogue, participants gain insight into their own inner compass: drivers, core values and goals. They explore how these align with the expectations of a leadership position.
This results in a realistic view of their potential as a (future) leader and leads to concrete steps for further development. Concluding that they do not (yet) aspire to a leadership role is considered an equally valuable outcome.
Target audience:
Employees without a leadership role who want to explore whether a leadership role suits them and discover their leadership potential.
How to use this module:
This module can be used as part of leadership development within the organisation. It is suitable as an entry point to explore and develop the potential of future leaders and can be integrated into a broader leadership development programme.
