Informal leadership
In many teams, employees naturally take on a leading role without being formal managers. They inspire others, take initiative or coordinate part of the work. At the same time, this role is not always straightforward: how do you guide colleagues without a formal role? How do you deal with resistance, differing interests or finding the right tone?
Informal leadership grows from initiative and trust.
This module strengthens employees who take on a leading role in their team without holding a formal managerial position.
Participants discover how to exercise influence by communicating clearly, building trust and creating buy-in. They learn to deal with resistance, activate shared goals and strengthen collaboration. Through practical exercises, reflection and dialogue, they develop a style of informal leadership that contributes to both results and connection within the team.
Target audience
Employees who take on an informal leading role and want to strengthen their ability to guide, connect and motivate colleagues.
