The ICT & technical support module investigates how employees experience the availability, quality, and usability of digital resources and technical support. It focuses on basic conditions for efficient work, such as reliable Wi-Fi, sufficient audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms, and suitable IT equipment to work flexibly, both in the office and at home.
The module also measures the extent to which digital collaboration tools support teamwork, regardless of location, and whether there is a need for additional support in using these tools. Satisfaction with the quality and availability of IT support is also part of this module.
