Giving Feedback
Feedback is a powerful tool for collaboration and growth, but in practice often a sensitive issue. Many leaders find it difficult or uncomfortable to give feedback, which sometimes results in no feedback at all. And when feedback is given, it is often experienced as criticism rather than support. As a result, feedback moments can create more tension than intended.
Feedback is a gift that enables growth, if you give it the right way.
This module strengthens leaders in giving feedback as a motivating and constructive process.
Participants discover how feedback can contribute to both reinforcing and adjusting behaviour, and how the relationship with the receiver plays a key role. With the FLIRT model, they learn to deliver feedback in a concrete, respectful and result-oriented way. They practice with their own situations and receive practical tools to integrate feedback into their daily leadership.
In this way, they grow in giving feedback that is embraced, strengthens collaboration and supports sustainable development within the team.
