This module examines the extent to which organizational culture and leadership support employees in working in a focused and uninterrupted way. It considers interpersonal dynamics, such as whether employees feel able to indicate they do not wish to be disturbed, whether colleagues address each other about disruptive behavior, and whether agreements around focused work are respected.
It also investigates the role of leadership: how clear expectations are, how consistently agreements are monitored, and to what extent managers provide support and involve the team in organizing focus work. The leader’s own example in adhering to agreements is also part of this module.
