This module focuses on how clear, complete, and timely communication is when changes are implemented, and how employees experience leadership in this context. It measures the extent to which the content and added value of the changes are clearly explained, whether sufficient information and answers to questions are provided, and whether employees gain insight into the different steps and timing of the change process.In addition, the module examines whether employees feel involved in decisions that affect them, whether their opinions and ideas are listened to, and whether they experience some influence over the course of the changes. It also looks at the role of the organization and managers in respecting employees’ pace during implementation.
