This module focuses on how employees assess the changes within the organization and the beliefs they hold about them. On the one hand, it concerns positive beliefs, such as faith in the future of the organization, confidence in one’s own ability to apply the changes, and the expectation that changes will create new opportunities. At the same time, negative beliefs are also considered, such as concerns about guidance and support, time pressure, potential job insecurity, or the feeling that changes do not align with one’s own wishes and values.
