Motivating collaboration
Collaboration doesn’t always happen naturally. What starts with good intentions can get stuck in unspoken expectations, frustration, or unclear responsibilities. Colleagues sometimes miss each other’s engagement, or mentally check out when pressure builds. And yet, we all long for teams where we can work together with trust and conviction.
When people feel heard, valued and competent, collaboration starts to carry itself.
This inspiration session explores what makes collaboration motivating – and what gets in the way. Participants uncover which team dynamics and interaction patterns foster trust, engagement and ownership, and which ones undermine them.
Through real-life cases and active dialogue, we explore how colleagues and teams can consciously contribute to a workplace where people feel seen, supported and capable. The ABC-framework (Autonomy, Belonging, Competence) is introduced as a simple, accessible lens to better understand what drives positive collaboration – without resorting to vague intentions or controlling communication. A session that inspires and offers concrete insights into what helps teams rise above themselves.
Target audience
Teams and employees looking to strengthen collaboration based on trust, motivation, and shared ownership.
