The facilities module examines how employees experience the offered facility services and to what extent these support their daily work. This includes basic services such as cleaning, catering, and sanitary facilities, but also reception and front-office services and additional facilities that enhance the work experience (e.g., coffee corners, lockers, showers).
The module assesses whether agreements about the use and availability of these services are clear, whether the services are accessible and well maintained, and to what extent they contribute to work comfort and satisfaction.
