This module strengthens leaders in their ability to deal with cultural diversity and translate it into concrete leadership behaviour. Participants discover their own cultural lens and learn how norms, values and expectations influence collaboration.

Through interactive exercises and case studies, they develop strategies to deal effectively with cultural differences. The focus lies on communicating clearly and inclusively, respecting diversity and working towards shared results. In this way, leaders increase their cultural self-awareness, acquire practical tools to foster intercultural collaboration, and create an action plan to apply this in their team.
