Our vision

Working adults spend on average between 25% and 33% of their waking hours at work. Whether employees enjoy their work or experience it as a necessary burden has major consequences — not only for their vitality and wellbeing, but also for the quality of the work they deliver.

In a work context that is constantly evolving, and in a society that challenges us to provide ever faster answers to diverse social needs and expectations, a motivating organisational culture and the analysis of psychosocial risks are crucial.
Organisations that invest in the sustainable motivation of their employees are better able to retain talent and achieve success. They become more agile, innovative, profitable, and productive.

Our mission

Our mission is to work with organisations across sectors to build more motivating and sustainable workplace cultures, with the goal of generating a maximum positive impact for both individuals and organisations.

As a spin-off of Ghent University, we fulfil a bridging role in bringing science and practice closer together.
We aim to be a catalyst in translating the latest theoretical and empirical insights into concrete tools that can be applied directly in the workplace.

We achieve this impact by investing in a continuously growing ecosystem: our community of HR professionals, consultants and trainers.
We strengthen HR through an integrated approach: learning and development programmes, powerful and modular employee surveys, and certification tracks that enable professionals to apply our tools and methodologies themselves.

With our data-driven approach, we help HR design stronger and more evidence-based policies.
Just as finance, operations and marketing rely on facts and figures, we provide HR with the insights to make impactful decisions — substantiated, transparent and future-oriented.
