Workplace use

The workplace use module maps the extent to which available workspaces and facilities support employees’ daily activities. This includes the variety and accessibility of spaces for focus, meetings, and relaxation, the flexibility of use, and the clarity of rules and guidelines. 

In addition, it looks at how well changes in the work environment are communicated and to what extent employees feel involved and informed about workplace policies. Finally, the module examines whether workplaces contribute to team spirit and a sense of connection with the organization, as well as which improvements employees themselves suggest.
