Work comfort

The work comfort module focuses on how employees experience their physical workplace and to what extent the spatial and climatic conditions support or hinder their work. Attention is given to aspects such as temperature, humidity, ventilation, air quality, light (both natural and artificial), and acoustics. These factors largely determine how pleasant, healthy, and supportive the workplace is perceived to be.
