The stress module looks at how often employees have felt tension, restlessness, or overload at work in the recent period. It maps the extent to which work-related events cause stress, whether employees feel overwhelmed by the workload or problems, and how much control they perceive over their time and energy.
Alongside negative experiences, such as nervousness or feeling swamped, it also measures employees’ ability to cope effectively with irritations and workload. This provides a balanced view of experienced stress and the resilience employees show in dealing with it.
