Motivating teaching
As a teacher, you aim for strong learning outcomes and motivated, engaged students. You seek an approach that combines clarity with openness, structure with dialogue. Motivating teaching grows from that very balance.
Motivating teaching is about creating the conditions in which students motivate themselves.
In this inspiration session, education professionals (teachers, lecturers, etc.) gain a clear understanding of what motivation truly means, the effects of sustainable student motivation, and what drives this lasting engagement.
Building on these insights, participants explore in an interactive way how they can, as educators, spark and sustain this motivation in their students.
They are introduced to the Impetus360 Teaching Compass and the core principles of motivating teaching, providing them with practical tools to reflect on and enhance their own teaching practice.
Target audience
Education professionals who want to better understand what strengthens student motivation and refine their teaching practice accordingly.
