Focus-related ABC

The three basic psychological needs of autonomy, relatedness, and competence form the essential ingredients for motivation and well-being at work. In the focus-related ABC module, we measure the extent to which these needs are satisfied or frustrated during focused work. Autonomy refers to the degree to which employees feel free to shape their work and make choices. Relatedness is about feeling connected with colleagues and the organization. Competence refers to achieving goals, feeling capable of completing tasks successfully, and being able to further develop oneself.
